Theo-24 Cr

Theo-24 Cr. I remember the first time I really had to think about it, not just prescribe it. It was a Tuesday, middle of a chaotic asthma clinic. A woman, maybe 62, Sarah, her chart was thick as a brick. She’d been on everything. Albuterol, fluticasone, montelukast, even a brief, disastrous trial of prednisone that left her with a moon face and a sour disposition. Her lung function was a mess, FEV1 bouncing around like a bad stock market.
