Mircette (Desogestrel/Ethinyl Estradiol and Ethinyl Estradiol): A Comprehensive, Evidence-Based Monograph for the Clinician

Let’s be clear right from the start: Mircette is not a dietary supplement or a medical device. It is a prescription oral contraceptive. I need to be absolutely upfront about this because if you are searching for a “natural supplement” or a “device,” you are in the wrong place. This monograph is for healthcare professionals and informed patients who want the hard data on a specific, low-dose hormonal birth control pill.
