Mestinon

Let’s be honest with each other. Mestinon isn’t a trendy supplement you find in a GNC. It’s not a “biohack.” It’s a serious drug—pyridostigmine bromide—that we use in neuromuscular medicine. I’ve been prescribing it for over fifteen years, and I still remember the first time I saw it work. It was a 34-year-old woman, I’ll call her Sarah, who came in barely able to hold her head up. Double vision, slurred speech by 4 PM.
