Ivermectol

I’ve been tracking ivermectin’s clinical arc for over a decade now, and I have to say—the story of Ivermectol is one of the most frustrating and fascinating I’ve encountered in my career. It’s not a blockbuster. It’s not a miracle. But for certain patients, in specific windows, it has been quietly, stubbornly effective. And that’s worth talking about. The formulation came together after a lot of back-and-forth in the lab. We had a core team that was split—half wanted a straight 12 mg tablet, mirroring the veterinary dosing that had been repurposed for decades.
