2B12

Product Monograph: 2B12 Medical Device – Class IIa Dietary Supplement – Nutraceutical Category What is 2B12? A Targeted Micronutrient Delivery System for Neurocognitive Support Let’s cut through the noise. 2B12 isn’t your standard methylcobalamin you grab off the pharmacy shelf. It’s a hybrid medical device-classified formulation combining a highly stabilized adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin blend with a proprietary transmucosal delivery system. The “2B” refers to the dual cobalamin isoforms – the two biologically active forms your neurons actually recognize – and “12” is the cobalt-containing corrin ring structure.
